Return & Refund Policy

At APERA Design, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

We accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or version, or compatibility issues.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included parts and hardware. Inspection and careful test-fitting are acceptable, but items damaged through misuse, modification, or improper installation are not eligible for ordinary returns.

Please check the dimensions and compatibility information in the product description before ordering.

Requesting a return

Contact us through our store’s contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return. For damage, defects, or missing parts, please provide photos where possible to help us resolve the issue.

We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Return shipping and refunds

For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund:

• The full purchase price paid for the returned items, including applicable taxes.

• [50%] of the original shipping charge when the entire order is returned.

We do not charge restocking fees. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will not deduct the original delivery cost from your product refund.

For partial returns, we will confirm any applicable original-shipping refund before you send the items back.

Damaged, defective, or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, please contact us promptly. We will resolve the issue at our expense by arranging replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund, as appropriate.

We cover shipping for replacement items or missing parts and any return shipping we require for these issues. If the entire order is returned for a refund because of such an issue, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping charge and applicable taxes.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, or confirming that a return is unnecessary. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. The 30-day return window does not replace or shorten any applicable legal warranty.
